Thanks to a coworker, I came across this amazingly fun (and potentially addictive) website called EtsyHandmade stuff...vintage stuff...beautiful jewelry...I want it all.
You can even find vendors in your local area. This is where I'm buying presents from now on.
The best part: the stuff I came across was all really affordable!
